Yam Kai Mot Daeng: Menu from the red ant eggs

In Northeast Thailand the eggs of red ants are good material to cook.Because it  cleaned and high of protein nutrients. And to day i will show special menu from red ant eggs.That is Yam Kai mot  daeng (Menu form the red ant eggs)

Ingredients
1 red ant eggs 1 cup
2 fish sauce
3 chopped lemongrass
4 chopped  garlic
5 chopped bergamot Leaves
6 dried sticky rice
7 leek
8 celery                                                                                                                           9lemonade                                                                                                                        10  Dried  chili

How to cook  : Yam Kai Mot Daeng

Take the red ant eggs in a bowl. Add chili ,dried sticky rice , fish sauce and mix it well, taste it.Next add some lemonade after that  mix again put leek, celery, chopped lemongrass chopped garlic, chopped bergamot leaves finally serve with fresh vegetables.
