I got some knowledge from Vipassa course at Janrom Vipassa Center .l have learning walking meditation .Walking “jong-grom”is a way to practise meditation while walking up and down. Cultivating this will bring happiness and serenity to our practice.I take more time to learn meditation with sitting and walking together.I am a lazy girl so i often walk meditation for decreases bad manner. I have know that while walking meditation, just walk in a natural way. No need to keep the hands together at the chest, or maintain a rigorous posture in a quiet and peaceful walking path in the forest, This is walking with awareness.I feel good to while i am walking ….And want more time to learning again.
